  • How can I purchase from this website?

    You must be registered first to purchase from us. Once registered, you can now access the list of our available products and its color variety .

  • Product colors are slightly dim or bright in my screen.

    Actual product colors may slightly vary due to the color display of your screen resolution be it in mobile ,laptop or desktop.

  • I cannot add my desired shade in my shopping cart.

    Only products with stocks can be added to your cart. Stocks availability will depend on our scheduled replenishment. Thus, you can still contact us directly to know the if products are already on hand.
  • How do I reserve the products in my cart?

    You need to checkout first to reserve the products. Payment must be made within five (5) working days upon the receipt of your final billing. Failure to do so, will result to the cancellation of your reservation and items will be returned to our available stocks. You can still place a new order if you want to purchase the items.

  • Do you offer promo codes and discounts on your products?

  • What are the mode of payments you accept?

    • BPI Bank Deposit
      You can deposit at any BPI branch nationwide. If you have an online account, fund transfer is also an option. Payment guidelines and account details will be provided to you on your final billing.

    • BDO Bank Deposit
      You can deposit at any BDO branch nationwide. Please be reminded of the handling fee when deposit is done outside Metro Manila. If you have an online account, fund transfer is also an option. Payment guidelines and account details will be provided to you on your final billing.

    • Metrobank Bank Deposit
      You can deposit at any Metrobank branch nationwide. If you have an online account, fund transfer is also an option. Payment guidelines and account details will be provided to you on your final billing.

  • Will I receive confirmation for my payment?

    Yes, once you have sent us your payment details and verified the deposit , we will send you an email confirming your payment and details of delivery.

  • How do we send you our payment details?

  • How much will my shipping fee cost?

    Upon your checkout, we will send you the final billing of your order including your shipping fee. The cost of shipping fee will depend upon the volume, dimension and delivery location of your order. See the rates here

  • How many days does it take before you ship the order?

    If we received the proof of your payment before 4:00 pm on a working day, the goods will be shipped within the day. All payments confirmed later than the said time, will be shipped on the next working day.

  • Do you accept international shipment?

    Yes, but we require to email us first at sinulidonline@manilabaythread.com before you place the order.

  • Do you allow pickup from your store?

    Yes, but you must still send us your proof of payment so that we can arrange your order before coming to our store.
